Privacy Policy

Draft for legal review. This policy has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

This website is operated by David Dripps ("I", "me"). This policy describes what information the site collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form or book a call, you provide information such as your name, email address, company, role, and a description of your business problem. I use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare for our conversation. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Information collected automatically

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) may be retained for security and troubleshooting. If analytics are enabled, aggregate usage statistics are collected to understand which content is useful; no analytics profile is used to identify you personally.

Cookies

The site uses a single functional cookie to remember your light/dark theme preference. Embedded scheduling tools (for booking a call) may set their own cookies, governed by their providers' policies.

Data retention and your rights

Contact submissions are retained while relevant to an active or prospective engagement. You may request a copy of the information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by submitting the contact form on this site.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
